Overview

Islam Magdy is one of the Lawyers and Senior Legal Consultants acting for Al Azab Lawyers & Legal Consultants since 2010 and has a comprehensive knowledge and experience in the field of providing advice in all matters relating to commercial transactions and issues concerning companies including agreements, alternative solutions and investments.

His practical experience is mainly based on both civil and commercial transactions, real estate disputes and corporate disputes as well as preparing and reviewing contracts, in particular, franchises contracts and providing all kinds of legal consultancy services.

Islam was graduated from Cairo University in 2009, and he is currently enrolled for the Master Degree in Law. He has joined Al Azab Lawyers & Legal Consultants in Abu Dhabi in 2015, acting as the Regional Manger .
